Yesterday was just one of those days. You know, where nothing goes right and you just can't wait to go to bed so it will end? Yeah, that was yesterday.
It started with a funeral and really that should have been my first clue. Because really who has ever had a great day that started with a funeral? My friends mom died suddenly and unexpectedly so it was a rough funeral. Not that funerals are ever easy but I think they are even harder when the death was totally unexpected.
Then I had more than my fair share of encounters with stupid people. The kind that make you shake your head and ask how they have survived on earth this long being that stupid. I wont go into these encounters because it is more than my brain can handle, plus I am trying very hard to forget some of the inane things that I heard yesterday.
So, I'm up, drinking my coffee and very optimistic that today will be a great day. Because really almost anything after yesterday will constitute a great day:)

My monday was just like that. I had a run-in with the boss, couldn't get the kids to behave, wasn't able to get the stuff I needed to have done accomplished, and really, wondering why my town is full of idiots and addicts?? I need to move, because really, common sense seems to be as common as polio around here~! Hope your day is better today.
